Wrong debit date

Standard Bank just debited my account on a very awkward date. They know exactly when they should debit my account, but for some reason this December they debited my account today (07 Dec 2018). Two hours later, after the debit has been through or my phone had reported it, then I got the sms that says the debit order will run on the 07 Dec 2018 . It is amazing how they tell me after they had done it.

Then I phoned them and asked why are they doing it, they say we do it early so you dont get bothered during X-Mus times. What a silly excuse. I said I need my money now and they said I will have to wait until next week Tuesday, of which is not fare too me. I cant take that

They first of all debited my account without telling me (when i least expected it) now they cant pay back my money immediately. I am totally sick and tired of this. They are only thinking for themselves not us.
