Wrong Cellphone On Ucount

I went to Alberton on the 19/09/2015 to change the cellphone number on my Ucount Account and the consultant to told me that it has been changed because I went there before to do the same process. But to my surprise when I log in into my Ucount the wrong cellphone number is still there. This is frustrating because I went to Alberton twice to do the same thing but they cant get it right. When I phone Ucount Customer Care Line the tell me to go to the Branch because they can't help me over the phone. I don't understand this because they claim that all of their calls are recorded and there's a security questions that they ask to check whether they are speaking to the right person but that does not apply to me.<br> <br> I also gave the same consultant documents to change my wife's surname on my Home Loan Account but the Consultant also failed to change it on the system. When I call the customer care they tell me same story of going to the branch. I'm sick and tired of going to the branch and wait on the long queue and still not get help and the right service. Alberton Branch is offering stinking service to the public period!
