WRONG ADDRESS ON ACCOUNTS

This is incredible!<br> After months of trying to get my new address on my accounts it is still wrong - still the old address on a statement received today.<br> I have been to see the branch manager at Sandton City more than once and have been assured that all is well.<br> I get all my statements and all bank correspondence to my email address. That part is correct. DON'T CHANGE THAT. DON'T START POSTING!!<br> BUT the address on the statement is STILL my old residential address. Thank goodness I have only moved this once in 23 years!<br> No wonder people couldn't care less about changing their addresses with relevant parties - it doesn't matter. It doesn't get done! This is why in a complex or apartment block there are dozens and dozens of letters that come by post to people who moved out decades ago.<br> I have been the good honest law abiding citizen and tried to change my address everywhere - mostly with a hassle such as this.<br> And don't tell me to get a box as that is inconvenient and costly!<br> Please don't call me other than between 1 and 2 pm and from 6 pm.
