Wouldn't refer anyone to use Standard Bank for international payments, it's like rocket science to them.

I am still having the same issue with Standard Bank, the issue is yet to be resolved and it's already two weeks without seeing my money in my account. Forex has been quiet, there has been no communication whatsoever from the Forex team and I am surprised that Standard Bank has multiple email accounts for such issues. I am frustrated now, although Nedbank doesn't reply to Hello Peter they resolve their issues amicably. Within three days my money was in my account, **** immediately after I received incoming international payment I saw the money in my account. But with Standard I did the same thing and after that the incoming internal payments had nothing and even on history nothing was there. Just disappeared into thin air as though it was never there to begin with and then the silent treatment continues...I am fed-up with you guys. I made a terrible mistake sending money to my standard bank, lesson learned. I didn't know I was doing a science rocket experiment when doing this.
