Would NOT recommend Standard Bank mobile

I am trying to port my number to MTN because even though Standard Bank Mobile has a great product, their mobile support is duly lacking and to prove that point, I have been trying to get them to release my number so that I can port, but all lines of communication with them has been nil. I even went into the N1 City branch yesterday, spent a long time there while myself and one of the Enquiries staff tried to resolve the problem. Well, the staff member, try as she might, could not get through to the mobile support on any of the numbers provided. She suggested that I try the email, well, that bounced back too. Now what to do ......
