Would not even try help one of their own custoemrs
My mom-in-law keeps getting someone else's mail in her post office box from Standard Bank. We have returned the post multiple times but nothing happens. Today went to K90 Standard bank (Boksburg, near East Rand Mall) to drop off the letters and ask them to maybe contact the client but got told to wait in a long queue by lazy individual at the "ticket desk". Tossed letters in the bin right in front of her as she refused to take them. I was doing you guys a favour! DO NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT ME.
