Wost experience ever!!

Its been almost 3weeks since applying for business finace with Standardbank Grahamstown with absolutley no FEEDBACK, either the business banker is at another branch,or he is at home or he tells me he will call me back as soon as he is finished with a client but it never happens. I have spoken to the manager of the bank and still no improvement. Just the previous week my company was approved for almost R400 000 vehicle finance within 2 days. Now I just dont get answers. Standard bank should change there logo of "simpler better faster" to wait in line....the urgency of the application was explaned to the banker but still im not important enough to tend to. Im really disappointed because he is forcing me now to take my business elsewhere
