Worste service ever

WORST SERVICE EVER, application done on the 4th of Jan 2022 today no correpondence , I have to call to follow up all the time , waste my time answering a bunch of question to authenticate myself , total mess made of application , will never use Standard Bank again , Even the complaints department dont come back to you , website says acknowledge after 24 hours , well it been 6 days and NOTHING
