Worst Standard Bank Branch - Komatipoort
Terrible experience at Komatipoort branch. Cashier will not respond to me upon complaint and asking for assistance as only two people are working herr just pretends she can't hear me. Then when I want to call standard bank head office to complain the security guard comes to tell me I am not allowed to use my phone in the bank anymore. Pathetic. Will be moving to Absa.

03 May 2023, 11:19Would like to say that the lady named Bridget is the only one running up and down there after my complaint trying to assist the entire bank while everyone else is hiding away. That girl should be the manager there seen as the manager is never around. More then 15 years banking at Standard bank in Komati and not once seen a manager here.
