Worst Standard Bank Branch in the Vaal!!!
Standard Bank Vanderbijlpark is a absolute disaster. No business is conducted downstairs at the moment and everyone needs to come upstairs. When you walk into the bank downstairs, there is no one from the bank even informing you to go upstairs. Then when you get upstairs the receiption takes down your name and you sit and wait, and wait and wait. I have now been waiting 1 hour just to collect a garage card which was in the 1st place sent to this stupid branch without consulting with me.
