Worst settlement experience

i feel deeply let down and disappointed in the bank as i have a standard bank andvance loan account i opened it in 2017 for a amount of 102000 i struggled with debt a year later and went into debt review i still paid debt review but my account was handed over to lawyers today i want to close this account and pay it in full but my settlement is calculated on the amount of 103000 i mean yes 20% discount is ok but not a cent i paid is deducted and my term for this loan is ten years surely this is **************** i would realy love to pay this account in full but expect the bank the be realistic if i paid 20000 deduct this from the 102000 then minus the 20% as im completing this loan far earlier then i should i really feel let down as this is a bank i have been promoting for years but now i understand why people complain
