Worst service in the world

I normally use standard Bank Southgate mall because I work there but everytime I visit the branch is like the service gets worse by the day, on the 8 of November I spent my entire lunch hour waiting to be helped and it's like I'm going to experience the same today the 15th of November, they don't about the fact that one is on lunch even though they can see that you are in uniform, the staff so slow and the consultants are up and down like they have the whole time in the world, I just hate the service in this branch, and after the renovations it's even worse, you would think maybe since they work in a beautiful place things will shake up and shape up a bit but that would be asking a lot
