Worst service from STANDARD BANK WESTGATE MALL

The worst service offered at standard bank Westgate branch waited on the queue from 12 o clock till 2 o clock when I left without even getting any service, and not even a consulted to help or inform us of what is going on I've never since this pandemic has started so can i have answers about this and what is it that is done inside when they only take 20 people at a time not even when it's a normal day this ever happens. NB. it's not the first time i get such appalling service from STANDARD BANK WESTGATE MALL.
