Worst Service from Standard bank home insurance and a Waste of my Time!

i put in a claim for storm damage to my property in October. the settlement amount had been finalized and the necessary documentation was signed and sent through, but till date i have not received any payment nor did i receive any communication from the claims department with regards to why the payment was not made yet. i tried to get in contact with someone from the Household insurance claims department to follow up but to my disgust i had been holding on the line for 30minutes! i had to drop the call as this was taking up my time as well as my airtime. i am truly disappointed with standard bank home insurance and their lack of promptness with regards to the claims process .
