Worst Service

Standard Bank Musina Branch is the worst of all the branches that I’ve visited. I’ve Lodged more than 5 complaints but not even one phone call from their head office. For anyone wanting to open an account I wouldn’t refer you to this branch. The service sucks big time. How does the manager leave one person that he knows she’s the worst performing in the branch to handle more than 20 people, especially at busy times like these. White people were better running this branch than what we are seeing now, sorry to say this but it’s true.
