Worst service ever from Stansure to ram

After struggling since March for my claim for home contents only last week I am told the claim has been authorised. Then I'm told I will get a voucher to go replace my things. Now after suffering in the hands of Stansure I have to suffer in the hands of their courier Ram who's useless.<br> <br> Ram was supposed to deliver on Thursday and nothing. They come up with excuses every time I call them. On Friday they told me they will deliver parcel on Monday. Today I call to ask when is the delivery being made and I'm told they couldn't get hold of me and the parcel is held up. The consultant say she can arrange for it to be released. I ask if they can deliver today she rudely says no. Then I ask her that they deliver afternoon tomorrow and she says okay and hangs up before the conversation is complete. She just hung up without confirming what was going to happen.<br> Now I'm left confused if it will be delivered tomorrow or what. This is the most useless courier company I've heard to deal with. They are rude and don't care about their customers.<br> <br> Please Standard Bank find better suppliers because I can't keep wasting my money calling Ram to be rudely treated by their *********** staff.
