Worst service ever from a financial institute

After an amount was de*****ed from my account about a month ago I approached my branch to sort out the issue.I have been back to my branch at least 6 times and they are still not on top of the situation.<br> I have never been so frustrated by a corporate as with standard bank they are finally giving the shoddy service we would expect from our local and government departments<br> I'm certain it's time to contact cart blanch and the banking ombudsman<br> I will certainly close my account after the debacle is finalized and will go to FNB<br> As well as I will advise against using standard bank<br> I am mortified
