Worst Service ever

On the 6th May, me and my business partner went to Standard Bank Protea Glen Mall as it is the closest to our business to open up an account. We were advised to go to either Trade-route Mall or Maponya Mall to open a new Business account. Went to Maponya Mall and were given an email address and number to set up an appointment as the consultant only works on appointment. We sent the email on the same day and never received confirmation of receipt of mail. Called the number but it never goes through...and a week later, still nothing.
