Worst service ever experienced

Pathetic customer service. App**** for a building loan on 09 Feb 2022. Not once has this bank contacted me on updates or issues regarding the application. I have to continuously call the call center for information and until now there is no definitive conclusion to my application. Surely it does not take 7 weeks to approve or reject an application! Maybe after being their customer for 25 years it's time for change.
