Worst service ever!!!!

My account was frozen by standard and the reason behind was that large sump of money was deposited into my account and last of last week I was called by a lady called Nikita from standard bank and said that she got a verification from where the money was coming from so they will send me a link to verify myself so that they can unfreeze my account but since then they have not sent it and every time I call they tell me Nikita will call me soon and she never calls and I don't have access to my money and they don't care if how I am surviving without money since all my money is in that account they have frozen . I am living by borrowing from people while I have money and I even went to standard bank branch last week and they told me it won’t take 24hrs for my account to be working but it was all lies like how everyone lies in standard bank
