worst service ever

i have been promising myself to leave standard bank but today was my worst experience ever. I went to Southernwood(East London) standard bank, had to wait there for close to an hour because they were too busy going up and down to help me get my debit card as my cheque card was swallowed by ATM(thanks to load shedding). After waiting for about an hour, the lady came around to pretend to "help" me and gave me a card i can't use because it declines. I tried creating an online profile for the card, that failed as well. I spend another 40 minutes waiting for a consultant over the phone until i had to give up and write this review.
