worst service ever!!!!!

I received a sms for life cover and responded. Immediatly they called me and i accepted the offer. I didnt have all the details so they called back when i sent emails and requested so. I had to do a hiv test with their nurse they never made an appointment i phoned numerous times for an appointment no one assisted me. I sent emails no one phoned or helped me still. I have been requesting through emails for someone to call me and that i wanted my payments back and cancel the insurance for the past few weeks, no one gives u a call they keep saying they will call back when i call them and spend hours on the phone. I phoned again 2 times on the 23 sept the confirmed the cancellation and were supposed to call me back with details about my payments. And still nothing!!! The phone you off the hook to sell you something and then never do you hear from them again!! I want my 2 payments back!!!!!!
