Worst Service ever!!!

I`ve fighting a huge battle with Standard Bank regarding the interest on a loan I took out 4 years ago. With the interest they worked out its going to take me another 6 years for the loan to be payed off. I`ve been to various branches and launched complaints but no one gets back to me. Looks like they try to ignore this issue so that they can keep on taking money from me every month. The worse services delivery of any bank. I`ve been trying to speak to the right people and 2 months later still no luck! No wonder all their services is crashing the whole time. Looks like the bank is busy going down bit by bit.
