Worst service ever

this is my last attempt to get the tape that i asked for ,after this i will take the matter further legally Im so frustrated with this bank .I want to cancel all policies with standard bank because if its now a runaround game then its better to move soon. I did send in an email stating to cancel my mothers life insurance because it was changed to accidental plan which i clearly did not asked for ,because im the one paying this policy this policy is still deducting my money that i want all of them back. even if we have to go to court for this i dont care
