worst service ever!

I have been trying to cancel my insurance with standard bank for the last 3 weeks! I have put in a claim for a pool leak and standard bank runs away from the claim. I want a proper insurance companie. Standard bank insurance is wasting my time and money!! I sent a copy of my new insurance policy to [Email Removed] So can standard bank wake up and send me a letter to say my insurance is cancelled with standard bank asap?! I need to start my insurance with a different and proper insurance!
