Worst Service Ever

I app**** for a credit card about a month ago and i was told a consultant will call me back, well here i am, a month later waiting for that consultant to get back to me.<br> I called standard bank today and i was told that my credit card application has been closed, closed by who?<br> Who gave the Orders?
