Worst service ever
I made a personal loan application with Standard Bank. I've been a Standard bank client for the past 10 years. My salary is paid in there every month. In the past I didn't have an issue. I would apply and if approved the money would appear almost instantly. Within the next hour at least. I received a message 3 days ago that the loan was approved and the money paid into my account. Its been 3 full working days and NO MONEY. Are you borrowing money from another bank to pay me? What the hell? I sent emails to the digitalfulfillment centre and escalations with NO RESPONSE. The phone just kept ringing. Worst service EVER. Very disappointed. And it wasn't even a lot of money. I seriously need to move my bank account. This is definitely not a dependable bank anymore.
