Worst service Ever

I found that this bank is one of the worst banks out there since I have taken out this bank account I have had nothing but problems.

My previous complaint about the PIN number they have decided to close the complaint saying that they have sent me emails with regards to it. Well this is bull **** as I have had no communication from them all that I want from them is to allow me to enter the PIN number that I require. because I knew that I would for get the PIN and That is exactly what has happened I have forgotten it as they want me to remember some kind of obscure PIN and not the one I want as I know I would remember.

This is the worst company that I have don business with, as soon as this lock-down is finished I will be changing banks. Great Job on chasing you client away.
