Worst service, Disappointed

I asked for a simple thing called updating my OTP number so I can transact online, but with standard bank they treat such a request with no regard at all. I have been going to and fro just for them to update my OTP number. I have gone to the bank two times and called their "ever busy" call center with no success. I've been trying to get this sorted for three weeks now, and surprisingly it still hasn't been sorted. With some bank it's a simple thing that you can even do own your own. My experience with standard bank has been the worst. This bank is unreliable, ************* and doesn't care about it's clients.
