Worst Service Champions overtime
STD Bank Library Gardens is very consistent in giving horrible service and they are not working on changing that. Today I went there, waited in a queue with only 4people in front of me. Waited 30min without the queue actually moving, whilst there’s clients just going inside the branch to be serviced without actually following the queue and no employee actually communicating with us in the queue
