Worst service

Standard bank has the worst service, I waited for hours in long queues, it even took a long time for me to get assistance, it's the only bank with poor service delivery, I'm even thinking of changing banks now the way it's useless even their call centre is helpless, I urge them to improve or they will lose clients very fast.
