Worst Service

Standard bank in Eastgate has to have the worst service ever, i had to wait for an hour to see a consultant and when i finally saw one she was so unfriendly,She had a horrible attitude. She kept complaining that she shouldn't be there she's standing in for someone. I've been going to that branch for a while they need to do something about the service, i always wait for a long time before i get service.
