worst service

A very good day,

Today I went to Standard bank branch Mega City (Mmabatho)4 with my father to collect his new bank card since the old one has expired. he’s a pensioner and can’t drive to the branch alone, thought visiting the branch will take 30 minutes max and we got there 12:40 but only got assistance at 13:57, the service is very poor and must at least prioritise pensioners like other service providers do. Not complaining for my father alone but other pensioners were also there and had to queue same as him even saw other 1 with crutches waiting for too long. Maybe a cheaper service of delivering debit cards to them will be better as well to avoid wasting 2 hours at the branch to collect cards only.
