Worst service

I regret opening an account with you.. Since opening an account, i have not been receiving the best service.. we app**** for a house, worst service as this is time sensitive your agents have a "i dont care" attitude..i fail to understand how you have personal bankers that is almost never at work.. i really think u can learn from FNB when it comes to the client being valued and the real meaning of having a personal banker. We app**** for a Vechile loan and yes Glenice did do her job than you get Laveshan Pillay who does not give a **** about a client or getting in contact, its been 2days and till date have not gotten any response..the dealership want to f**** sell the car to another person and here im waiting for a person that cannot do there job.. Glenice sent numerous emails to this person and yet this person doea not get back 2 us.. time and again i get people that is so ***********, why im a private banker i do not know.. i want feedback immediately and i want my account to be closed effective immediately.. i will take this up with your CEO Lungiza and Simphiwe..
