Worst service

Worst service at Standard Bank Rosebank.

Went to do deposit, waited more than 30min and they went offline, the receptionist ask me to put my number down and they'll call as soon at they are back up. 2hrs later I go in and they claimed they phoned me yet no missed call and no notifications of any missed calls. I had to spend another 30min + sitting and I was told they cant put me in as that is them going the extra mile so I must just wait, yet I told them my store is locked. So so disgusted by their service.
