worst service
worst service ever,. this Bank has listed me on ITC and there is no explanation why. The bank promised to clear my name four Months ago already, but today I've received a call Antonette (standard bank - New market) telling me that the bank will ony clear my name on ITC after 21 days. Godfrey Makhubu (standard bank Greenstone mall)has already promised that my name will cleared on the 21st of August 2018. They coudn't even explain to me the reason why I was Listed on ITC. I've lost a lot of career growth opportunities because of my ITC status. someone please advise how do I lodge a formal complaint with the bank Ombudsman.
