Worst possible service at standard bank

For any people wishing to change to standard bank, please don't, the service had been good in the past, however it is degraded to poor now. They block my credit card, when I phone them to remove it they don't do it properly and I am not able to even use the card, what is the point of having the block in place when you are told by the client to remove it but don't do it and waste 1 hour of my time, airtime and effort.
