Worst of the worst service at Standard Bank Maponya Mall

The service here at Maponya Mall Standard Bank is slower than snail, the Bank Manager is said to be busy but ain't we all. There's no service area person to update you or any details. People just come in a jump the queue because there's no one controlling it meaning that we have to fight amongst ourselves. I think there's is no need for this bank cause customer service is a myth here. Don't waste your resources on training to make things better because they won't after all its in a black community but if it was in Sandton I would have received the best customer care service none of this **** I'm here for, my day is already wasted as I have other errands to run but since bo Sis Pink don't want to work, I must understand. Hell no not in this world. It's best it's closes down
