Worst insurance for homes

I don`t even think they are worth 1 star ,they are truly the worst in insurance. We have been with Standard Bank since the start more then 15 years ago but I have to say just like all the services in SA theirs went straight down the drain. I logged a claim online on Tuesday no one answers there phone or even bother to answer your emails would definitely not advise anyone to take out any sort of insurance with them ,whether for a house or anything else. Had multiple claims for a geyser and roof and every time they did not pay but they take your instalments month after month, and it doesn't seem to bother the directors or marketing .They don`t care about customer service.
