Worst insurance ever!!!!!!

I am greatly upset with Standard Insurance Limited a messed up division of Standard Bank Insurance.

I have a business policy with these idiots and it was a white elephant from day one. I have the policy for over a year and when it comes to claiming for the first time for my camera equipment they reject my claim. I spoke ot an agent by teh name of Steszron who did an appualing job of keeping me updated. Worst is they decided to reject the claim and not even let me know.

I am now cancelling this ******* and moving to another insurer and I hope others follow my lead. By the way the cancellation process was from hell.

Standard Insurance limited is the worst insurance to date and now all I have to show is the money I lost paying for nothing at all.

This is still the poorest interaction I have had with any company out there, poor service, the most uninformed staff not forgetting that I have to PAY for my claim out of my own pocket now. So much for having such great insurance, I will not recommend this insurance or even your personal policies to anyone that asks.

This has to be the worst taste that has been left on my mouth, no consideration for your clients and I hope this review gets seen everywhere.

Since your reply on the 11th Feb 2020 not a single communication has been made since. Your supposed words of "urgency" are about just as empty as the gutless claims process I went through!!!
