Worst home loan bank

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. Have been with Standard for over 30 years. Have been paying my bond myself for over 16 years. Have tried to do a substitution bond three times which I qualify for but dealing with the loan office has been totally unsuccessful and cannot get to speak to a supervisor or manager. No one has bothered to come back to me. Have submitted many financials proving I’m legible but I seem to be dealing with inexperienced staff and when I request an escalation to senior management it just falls on deaf ears. Would definitely not recommend Standard Bank as a lender.
