worst experience with a complaint ever.

After logging a query in the beginning of September I had responses but none that I am actually satisfied with.Firstly the social media complaint I logged was about a week after logging a complaint on their website and the person that dealt the social media responses that I received was so ****y and they kept trying to cover themselves. All I wanted was an explanation but I got a whole lot of\the bank followed the right process"and no proof that they actually did!!!! The person who was supposed to give me feedback from the website complaint I logged only ever got back to me once"
