Worst experience ever

<p>Well since my Gran was a bank manager at the Alberton branch and myself having my account opened then... Some 30 odd years later as an STB client i regret staying ... I app**** for a home loan (my 3rd if ot 4th) with you and received great service until the pre-offer.... Now you are giving me a rate that is more than a Red Competitor and the feedback i get when i want it to be reviewed is SILENCE.... This is really pathetic... </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how you treat a customer?</p>
