Worst experience ever

Ive honestly just had it with standard bank money gram. Went to promenade mall an their system is off , waited 2 hours eventually went on and their money gram is ofline. They send me to town centre branch i get there an i have to stand in a teller line just to get to a specific teller. Get to the teller an she can't assist me with a passport(apparently only foreigners can use their passport) but on internet the site says bring valid proof of identification to ensure it is the right person receiving the money. Really now whats the difference between an id an passport. Then ask the teller to see the manager an she says well my manager don't know anything about money gram. Standard bank parow centre an town centre Mitchell's plain should really take some tips on customer service by the Tyger manor branch. Ive just had it with poor money gram services
