Worst experience

I have open a cheque account over the internet , I received my card from the banks courier services and I went to the branch in carlton centre to activate my account was standing there for 2 hours to be helped and when I left to be thinking my stuff will work it did not I lodged a complaint with lerato *** and she said I must get the slip error and the next day I did she lodged the complaint to a different department and the tat is 5 days I went back to gigi at carlton she called me about 3pm to tell me I can use the money I tried and I cant I went to westgate today and they told me its a fica problem I got details and still cant work the account I paid into the acc R300 someone reversed the money then I told them to cloe the account that didnt even took 5 mins no questions asked just closed it with a smile now I have no account for my salary thanks to you ! I want a call from the boss to tell me what there problem is and I wonder if they know what problem there new system is giving them
