WORST EVER SERVICE IN TIME OF NEED FROM STANDARD BANK.

Tried to get hold of Standard Bank per telephone and email. No answer and nor do they respond to your emails. TERRIBLE!!! I am holding several accounts with Standard bank and are an excellent client but the service is poor. Specially now that we need them and they say that they provide loan instalment relief to clients. Will definitely have to look to change banks.
