Worst enquiries customer service

<p>My partner and I visited standard bank to collect a cheque book, on the 29 June at 11 and we spent 1 hour 30minutes waiting on the on Que when there were only four clients infront of us,and the consultant took 30minutes just to issue the cheque book. this bank have the worst enquiries service consultants with attitude. I have never experienced this in any bank or other branch.</p>
