Worst customer service sandton city

<p>i have been banking with std bank for 20 years and i work for a company which banks with you too, we have 27 branches in SA. Sadly i have never encountetred such terrible service. i walked in to do banking at 4pm. There was 1 teller open and the lady was helping a que getting change. There was nearly 30 people in the que that i was in. Your branch manager was in his office on his pc oblivious to the **** service being dished out. Next thing he gets up and walks out. Still only 1 teller open . A lady asked why there was okccnly 1 teller open and the answer she received was " oh the others must have knocked off" " ill try find another teller because there should be 2 open" i eventually got out your branch at 4:51. Still only 1 teller. YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. Doing nothing for your mission statement!</p>
