Worst Customer service in SA!!! No wait, There is no service or feedback

For months we have been sending mails and asking for assistance on our business account. Not our Consultant, the branch manager, The Complaints department or information email has responded on number of mails. This is the worst most unprofessional BANK in South Africa. Try going in to the branch. More the 3 times now not the consultant nor the Branch Manager is available to see you. They just don't give a rat about you or your portfolio.

How can it be that not 1, not even one of our mails in the last 3 months have not been responded too? How can it be that the consultant nor the branch manager is NEVER available!!! Get rid of these people and employ personnel that can actually do their job!
