WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Standard Bank have made it their business to not help clients, I have been trying to close my credit card account after a hijacking and I cannot believe the incompetence of standard bank on this matter!! Every time I try to close it they have a different amount and a different story, my prestige bank account manager is definitely not properly trained to be dealing with clients correctly, they have a zero customer centric policy! The way they are dealing with this is **********.
